Everything Is Perfect as A Child
Everything is perfect as a child
Everything is just as it is
You are handed a thread-bare stuffed gorilla
And it is just what such a primate should be
It brings you comfort, joy and gratitude
It is a friend if you still are capable of trusting your feelings
There is no questioning that the sky is called that
There is only what you're taught to believe
The wonder of childhood is acceptance
A silent mind not wishing for more if naïve
