of Jurassic Park
that helicopter passengers
don't need a buckle and a latch plate
to safely descend onto land;
two buckles tied in a knot
can inherit the earth.

Marek Kulig immigrated to the USA from Poland in 1992. A former high school English teacher, he is currently a sales representative for a molecular diagnostics laboratory.
