Feathers for the leaves
The tops of the trees
unlike the talons of Kanagawa
hardly contrast as they headbang
to the distortion of the wind.
An undershirt blows off of a clothesline.
All's left are the wooden birds of laundry.
A relieving pinch on the wings
and their clasp's unfastened.
Beats a clipping.
