The Truth About the Weather and Everything Else
We were thinking about the sun, and when the sun came up, we knew we
had special powers. As the sun got hotter, we thought about clouds and
clouds appeared to protect us from the sun, but we were soon bored with
dreariness and the growing humidity so we thought about the sun again, but
the clouds piled atop each other and grew dark with an anger we hadn't
anticipated. We thought of snow but had clearly lost track of time and the
seasons. We had to admit, we had no special powers and no umbrella.
