Reverie
It's a rainy evening. Some thing is shaking
in a nearby bush. The choruses of frogs, tiny
cricket lull me to sleep.
I listen in my slumber, to the eerie calls of barn
owls speaking to each other, engaging
in a slow muted dance.
The first memories with plants and reeds
and the chain of white butterflies surface,
I do not know much about roots.
Just let the dream arrive in my siesta now
and then. This is only the beginning; all such
things get translated later into a musing.
