Livio Farallo
sniper
end of a story.
end of shoes
from which a thick street walks out of focus
in a brilliant promenade;
down a hill viewed unseen times,
scrapped and overgrown
in the soft green of a crayon.
sharp as a cymbal
standing there,
the sweat of everything
oozing out of dusk in a large drop
tense as a sitar's long note.
