Butterflies

Fragile,
Delicate,
Dust encapsulated,
Gossamer wings alight.
Bravely taking to the air,
They stutter, and they flutter, insubstantial as thought.
A hiccupping display by intoxicated orchids in flight, their exhaustion leaves me breathless.
