Fib Review Issue #53 features many new and returning talented international poets.
This is worth repeating should any of our poets read the Editor's page:
Syllables, Syllables, Syllables – the bane of the Fibonacci poet – and the editor. With an international publication, and such a
specific syllabic poetry form, it's always a struggle to determine what is the correct syllable count of a word, and what is the
colloquial pronunciation of the word. We use syllable counter such as SyllableCounter.net
(https://syllablecounter.net/) and the
fingers and toes of our international editorial staff so we can count every syllable of every poem in every issue to appease
the Fibonacci gods. Word count Fib poems don't seem to have this issue, but where's the fun in that?
Thank you to our incredible webmaster, Lonnard Dean Watkins, for his magical code that makes our journals come alive.
We're still working on new coding for all websites, so bear with us if you have some issues on mobile devices.
Please be sure to visit our Fib Review's Writer's Archive or our Issues Archives to read poems
from past poets and issues.
We hope you enjoy issue #53.
