Ri Ekl, mathematician, amateur physicist and artist, was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1983 as the only son of academic parents. He moved to the United Kingdom in 2001. Ri Ekl studied Mathematics at Imperial College London. He writes and composes poetry and music, and lives near London.
