I was born in Canberra, Australia, and grew up there, bearing witness to its modernisation processes. During my teen years I became increasingly unhappy living with my parents and brother, and sought to isolate myself with experiments in poetry and music.Isolation is when I am at my most peaceful, but for unfortunate reasons my psychiatrists are very often opposed to it. I enjoy writing and sharing poetry for its therapeutic benefits, and as a means to deal with my suffering as a long-term involuntary mental health patient in Australia. I admire God, wild nature and positive cold-turkey experiences. My work has appeared in various publications including New Idea, The Helix, Peeking Cat and Noahide Books.
