Bio

Mike Sluchinski writes mountainside, high in the Saskatchewan alps. His first book sold over 100 copies, but his students had to buy it for class. It wasn't longlisted anywhere, but some did doodle in the margins. While not residencies per se, watering holes ask him for water! He's working on a chapbook, but it's been delayed by a spine binding knitting needle incident. In all seriousness, he thanks the Cheryl and Henry Kloppenburg Foundation for their tangible dedication to the arts.
