Andrew Last is a postgraduate creative writing student at Queensland University of Technology. He has a background in environmental science, but his favourite animals always seem to go extinct. As well as reading and writing, Andrew likes other normal things like Aussie Rules Football. And bird watching. At the moment, he works in a souvenir store.

I break my heart to fall in love,
to stand in relation to relation.

To be human...

I order the words to leave my world,
the paradigm proud and pleased.

Have books circulating names...

The world, the world, an old current working,
the inspiration behind the writing human.

Understand the spaces, manage them...

Such a current, frightening with fingertips,
Needn't spend time and energy.

And rely on the magic.
