Chen-ou Liu

poetry peeks into bodies of others while reading the size of my heart

spring break butterflies fluttering in twos I do it alone

night falls between her breasts the creaking bed by frosted windows

poetry loves transitive verbs but I fondle abstract nouns

beige clouds blurring my ancestors and I together
