Ron Riekki
(eleven days after she finalized the divorce) I would kiss
the moon if I could.
I'd kiss the clouds.
I'd kiss the sun
one good quick kiss
so that I didn't burn
the both of us.
I'd kiss the howl
I hear in the distance
I'd kiss midnight.
But there will be
no lips tonight.
