here we are
purple and cream hellebores bring
the neglected garden indoors
daylight lamp to lift the spirits
this year's seed packets ignored
garden journals unread
four antique clocks all
tell the wrong time now
DVDs of aeroplanes
and tractors gather dust
wedding album to hand
as evidence
five paintings he believes
hang in every house in town
my white hyacinths bend
towards the window
