Bio
David Adès is an Australian poet currently living in Pittsburgh. He has been a member of Friendly Street Poets since 1979. His collection Mapping the World was commended for the Anne Elder Award 2008. His poems have appeared widely in Australian and American journals and literary magazines. He was a volunteer editor of the Australian Poetry Members Anthology Metabolism. Poems have recently been published or are forthcoming in Atlanta Review, Blast Furnace, Blue Pepper, Cordite Poetry Review, Pittsburgh Post Gazette, Red River Review, Sleet Magazine, Social Alternatives, Sotto, Studio, Tamba, The Fourth River, Tincture and Uppagus and anthologised in Australian Love Poems 2013 and The Stars Like Sand - Australian Speculative Poetry.
