Dr. Ann M. DeVenezia turned to writing poetry, following her retirement from teaching high school English.
Since then, she has published three collections: Grave Rubbings, Riding My Tricycle, and Telling Abuse.
Her work appears in numerous publications, including Asphodel, Italian Americana, Louisiana Literature,
Paterson Literary Review, Poet Lore, Rattle, Red River Review, and Shot Glass Journal.
She and her husband Richard reside in northern New Jersey.
